Things are going well so far, I am happy about my progress, I am on track :)I have been making small significant changes in my eating this week: I have not eaten one artificial sweet or processed food all week. I have also reduced by more half what I eat in the evenings.
The first few days I went back to the gym I could really feel the extra weight I had put on over the Xmas period - which I must admit I had extended a bit .... It was much heavier to move my body about and I was feeling much more tired much quicker. But as the week went by and that I went t the gym to exercise, I started feeling better.
I realize it's all about having goal(s) and making every day little changes in the right direction, not be in a hurry to get there, taking my time and enjoying the process, enjoying the journey :)
